This page is accessible without login or payment, as required by our payment processors and applicable law.

1. Age Verification

4. Content Moderation & Prohibited Content

5. Consent & Content Origin

All content on GetCrazyAI is AI-generated. No real human performers are depicted in any content on the platform.

  • All virtual characters are entirely fictional and created by AI.
  • No real person's likeness is used without explicit, documented consent.
  • Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.
  • We do not permit users to generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals.

6. Complaints & Content Removal Requests

We take all complaints seriously and provide an accessible process for reporting concerns. You do not need an account or login to submit a complaint or removal request.

6.1 How to Report

  • Email: Send your complaint or removal request to support@gocrazyai.com with the subject line "Complaint" or "Content Removal Request."
  • Include a description of the content, its URL (if applicable), and your reason for the request.

6.2 Response & Investigation

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
  • We will investigate and resolve complaints within 5 business days.
  • Content that is found to violate our policies will be removed immediately.
  • Content that is illegal will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • We maintain a log of all complaints received and their resolution status, which is reported to our payment processor on a monthly basis.

6.3 DMCA Takedown Notices

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to support@gocrazyai.com with the subject "DMCA Notice." Include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location on the Site

7. Non-Consensual Content (NCII) Policy
